Calvados Caramel Bonbons
A French Caramel Apple! Our Handpainted Bonbon is filled with chocolate-blended caramel and Calvados - a French apple brandy from Stéphane's native Normandy. This features a complex yet subtle flavor. The center is 60% extra bitter tempered chocolate.

Passionfruit Ganache Bonbon
The intense flavor of passionfruit is not overpowered by white chocolate. This combination is a taste of paradise.

Raisin-Cognac Bonbons
Each of these beautifully hand-painted, cognac infused raisins are ground and mixed with 40% milk chocolate ganache for a distinct French specialty. It is then enrobed in our gourmet 66% dark chocolate couverture.

Coconut Ganache Pavés
36% white chocolate blended with organic fresh flake coconut creates a chewy ganache that is had dipped in 60% extra bitter dark chocolate. Discover the lovely contrast between the bitter chocolate and the subtly sweet coconut center.

Dulce-de-Leche Pavés - CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE (we will replace with another chocolate). This fine milk chocolate is infused with a hazelnut paste then layered with chocolate caramel. It is then enrobed in 60% extra bitter dark chocolate couverture to create this bite-size decadent candy.

Almond Praline Pavés
Fresh almond praline mixed with 40% milk chocolate that makes a rich ganache. It is then enrobed in 60% dark chocolate and topped with roasted whole almond corone.

Peanut Butter Pavés
40% milk chocolate is blended with 100% natural hand-pureed peanut butter making for a salty-sweet delicious candy center. It is then hand-dipped in our 60% extra bitter gourmet dark chocolate. The balance of the peanut butter and the perfect blend of dark and milk chocolate makes for a beautiful classic combination.

PACKAGING & SHIPPING

Our ballotins are traditional French boxes ﬁlled with loose chocolates and gently wrapped with a beautiful ribbon. Most chocolate in France is sold by weight and we apply the same principal here in order to give you a generously ﬁlled box.

Chocolates are shipped with ice packs during the warm seasons (for Northern US) and all year round (for Southern US) to ensure they are intact and delicious! A $10 fee in included with shipping.
