A boozy French caramel apple! This hand-painted gourmet dark chocolate Bonbon is filled with chocolate-blended caramel and Calvados, an apple brandy from Stéphane's native Normandy. This bonbon exudes a complex yet subtle flavor. The center is very creamy and the outer shell is 64% extra bitter tempered dark chocolate.

Sugar, milk chocolate (cane sugar, cacao butter, cacao kernel, whole milk powder, sunflower lecithin), organic heavy cream, glucose, Calvados Brandy, sea salt, dark chocolate couverture (Cacao kernel, sugar, cacao butter, vanilla Madagascar).
