Marc de Champagne eau-de-vie is the secret ingredient used to perfume our 68% Bolivian Criollo dark chocolate truffles. Made from the grapes of the Champagne region its flavor is stronger than the sparkling wine yet remarkably similar in flavor. This decadent truffle is velvety smooth and makes a wonderful chocolate gift box.
