Inspired by Claude Monet's favorite cake, Le Gateau Vert, this hand-painted gourmet dark chocolate bonbon is filled with white chocolate-blended pistachio and perfumed with Poire Eau-de-Vie, a French natural pear liquor from Stéphane's native Normandy. This Bonbon exudes a complex yet subtle flavor. The center is very creamy and the outer shell is 60% extra bitter tempered dark chocolate.

Our ballotins are traditional French boxes ﬁlled with loose chocolates and gently wrapped with a beautiful ribbon. Most chocolate in France is sold by weight and we apply the same principle here in order to give you a generously ﬁlled box.
