Our boozy truffles: 68% Bolivian single origin extra bitter gourmet dark chocolate ganache with a nip of whiskey, Bourbon to be specific. These tasty delights are then rolled in pale-green powdered sugar. Down the hatch!
Inspired by Claude Monet's favorite cake, Le Gateau Vert, this hand-painted gourmet bonbon is filled with white chocolate-blended pistachio and perfumed with Poire Eau-de-Vie, a French natural pear liquor from Stéphane's native Normandy. This Bonbon exudes a complex yet subtle flavor. The center is very creamy and the outer shell is 64% tempered dark chocolate.
