Shipping Policy

OUR SHIPPING RULES

1. WE STANDARD SHIP MONDAY-THURSDAY ONLY.  Chocolate can melt if sitting in a warm spot for too long, thus no weekend shipping.

2. WE OVERNIGHT SHIP ON FRIDAY.  If it must be there by Saturday.  Make sure to place your order before 12pm EST.

3. WE OFFER FREE PRIORITY SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $100+. Priority Shipping does not include express delivery.  This applies to locations where climate cooperates in the fall & winter months

4. WE ONLY EXPRESS SHIP TO WARM CLIMATES + ICE.  Sorry but like we said, chocolate can melt.

5. PLAN AHEAD.  This gives you more control over how much you pay to ship & helps ensure your planned arrival date.

CARING FOR CHOCOLATE IN TRANSIT

As chocolate is a perishable item, we do not ship over the weekend as a standard practice to avoid the possibility of our product sitting in transit and melting before it arrives.
During warm weather and in states with warmer climates, we automatically add ice packs to your purchase and use temperature controlled packaging to help ensure that your chocolate arrives perfectly.
We offer our customers USPS, UPS and FedEx ground and express delivery.
We recommend that someone is available to receive the package as we do not accept returns.

We can arrange messenger and courier service throughout the Philadelphia area at a variety of delivery speeds starting at $10 and up.

CHOOSING A DELIVERY DATE

Our site allows you to specify a delivery date for your order.  If you choose a future date, we will ship as close as possible to your specified delivery date to ensure fresh chocolate.  You will receive shipping notification close to your requested delivery date.

PACKAGE TRACKING

Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive a final page with your order number, order details and shipping info.
Please make a note of this.  You will also be emailed the details of your order.
Once the package is in transit, you will receive a tracking # via email or text to track the status of your shipment.  
Please note that once your order leaves our kitchen we have no control over the shipment and are not responsible for lost or delayed packages.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We limit our shipping to the continental United States.

SMALL BATCH FULFILLMENT

As we pride ourselves on quality and make only small batches to ensure freshness, this also means we are making chocolate as fast as we can! We hope you understand that occasionally your order may not be immediately available.
