Sending Chocolate

Order Deadline:
Place your order before 12 noon for shipping the following business day. Example: If you order on a Thursday at 12:30pm, your order will ship Monday.
Holidays:
We need more time to fulfill orders. We greatly appreciate your patience.
Local Delivery:
Free local delivery in the Yardley | Lower Makefield PA area. Automatic at checkout!
Package Tracking:
We are not responsible for packages once they leave the premises. Please track your package with the shipper via the tracking number you receive once your order has shipped.
If you specified a delivery date when placing your order, your label will be printed close to that future date and you will receive your tracking number at that time.
1. We ship Monday-Thursday only:
Why? Because shipping over the weekend is a no-no when it comes to chocolate. It could melt if sitting in a warm spot for too long. Can't have that.
2. We offer Free Priority Shipping on orders over $100 in cool climates:
Free shipping does not include express delivery. Destinations within a 2 day delivery range qualify for free shipping when the weather is cool.
3. We only ship express + ice to where & when it’s warm.
There is no free shipping to warm states (AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, TX, LA, MS, NM, NV, UT); all shipments are default express with ice + insulated kit. And in summer-time, everywhere. Sorry but like we said, chocolate can melt.
4. You can choose your delivery date (Tuesdays - Fridays only).
If you choose a future delivery date, we will hold your order and ship later to arrive by your requested delivery date. Your label will be printed close to that future date and you will receive your tracking number at that time. Great for birthdays, right?
Note: TUESDAY* DELIVERY If you choose a Tuesday delivery and you are not in Zone 1, your order will ship Monday and arrive on Wednesday or later via Priority Mail (ground). Please choose Express Next Day delivery if your order needs to arrive on a Tuesday.
5. Plan ahead:
This gives you more control over how much you pay to ship & helps ensure your planned arrival date.
6. Leave us a note:
- If you need your shipment to arrive by a certain date or day
- If you have a preferred shipper
- If you need to alert us to something important
Feel free to leave us written Special Instructions in the cart or a voicemail (844.953.7246). This will alert us to your request and we will prioritize it!
